Welcome to A+Minds, owned and operated by MBSG LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). A+Minds (“Service” or “App”) provides tools for educators to assist in grading and tracking student progress using artificial intelligence. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and an authorized educator or administrator to use A+Minds.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

2. Use of Service

• Purpose: A+Minds is designed for use by teachers and educators to streamline grading processes and track student progress.
• Compliance: Users agree to comply with relevant educational privacy laws, including FERPA and EdLaw 2-D, when uploading student information to the platform.

3. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as student papers or feedback templates. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing our Service.
• Prohibited Content: Users must not upload inappropriate, unlawful, or prohibited content, including any personal student information beyond what is necessary for grading purposes.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription Plans: Our Service includes Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers, each with varying access levels and features.
• Billing: Subscription payments are managed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable and renew automatically unless canceled.
• Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. Subscription access will continue until the end of the billing period.

5. Privacy and Security

6. Limitations of Liability

A+Minds is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to A+Minds for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
